Menu Monday!

WEll her we go again!

Monday: hot dogs and baked beans, and watermellon

Tuesday: grilled BBQ chicken, green beans, and mashed potatoes

Wednesday: Spagettie, salad, and garlic bread

Thursday: Sausage and patotoe casserole, steamed broccoli

Friday: home made pizza and left overs

Saturday: split pea soup and grilled cheese

My sister fly's in on Sunday to visit for about a week. She has to leave right before my birthday but I wont let that damper my day.

Sunday: Lasagna from the freezer(I made it a month ago), bread, veggie ( not sure what)

Monday: Chicken and Broccoli over rice

Tuesday: Oven roasted chicken ( its easy and turns out everytime) Potatoes, and a veggie

Ove Roasted Chicken:
1 3-5 lb chicken
olive oil
salt and peper

Wash your bird, put thyme, rosemary, and garlic inside the bird
Give your bird a rub down with olive oil an salt and peper

Cook at 450 degrees for 15 minutes and the turn oven down to 400 degrees and cook for an hour to an hour and half depending on size of you chicken. Let rest for 15 minutes and the slice and enjoy. Happy dinners this week if you need some ideas please check out
